Logic Analyzer
The MSO-9201 Mixed Signal Oscilloscope combines the features of a
digital oscilloscope and a logic analyzer* into an integrated easy to
use package.
The instrument offers 500 MSa/sec single shot sampling, 20
GSa/sec for repetitive signals and a 512 Kpt data
buffer with fully synchronized and cross-triggered analog and digital
waveform acquisition*. There are 14 channels* in total, two digital
oscilloscope and 12 logic analyzer*. Advanced triggering options include:
Rising/Falling edge, Pulse width and count, 12 bit Logic*, I2C* and SPI*.
The portable (7.9" x 4.7" x 1.5") MSO-9201 connects to a
PC via Hi-Speed USB 2.0.
Having time aligned analog and digital inputs* displayed on the same
screen gives more insight into what your circuit is doing and is more
powerful than 2 separate instruments.
